RÊVE STUDIOS MEMBERSHIP TERMS & STUDIO POLICIES

By purchasing a membership, class package, promotional offer, or other service from Rêve Studios, you agree to the following terms and policies.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Membership Billing & Automatic Renewal

Rêve Studios memberships are billed automatically in recurring four-week periods (“Membership Terms”).At the end of each Membership Term, your membership will automatically renew for an additional four-week Membership Term at the applicable membership rate unless you terminate your membership in accordance with the termination policy below.Membership dues are automatically charged to the payment method on file. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on your account.

Membership Termination

You may terminate your membership at any time.For memberships billed in recurring four-week Membership Terms, termination will become effective at the end of the Membership Term in which Rêve Studios receives your notice of termination. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits through the effective termination date, and no additional recurring membership charges will be made after termination becomes effective.For the fastest processing, please submit membership termination requests directly to Rêve Studios Member Services by email at hello@revestudios.co, by text, or by telephone at 952-230-7545.Rêve Studios will also accept termination requests through any additional method required by applicable law, including an in-person request made at a Rêve Studios location. Studio instructors and staff may receive an in-person termination request, but all membership changes and termination requests are processed centrally by Rêve Studios Member Services.No termination fee or other liability will be imposed solely because you terminate your membership.

Membership Changes

To request an upgrade or downgrade to your membership, please contact Rêve Studios Member Services at hello@revestudios.co or 952-230-7545.Changes are subject to membership availability, current pricing, and applicable promotional terms. Unless otherwise communicated, approved membership changes will take effect at the beginning of your next Membership Term.

Membership Rates

Rêve Studios reserves the right to periodically review and adjust membership rates, packages, and related fees.Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law and will take effect on the date specified in the notice.Continued membership after the effective date will be subject to the updated rate, subject to your right to terminate your membership.

Refunds

Membership dues, class packages, promotional purchases, late-cancellation fees, and no-show fees are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.Rêve Studios may, at its discretion, offer an account credit or other accommodation when appropriate.Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right provided by applicable law.

CLASS REGISTRATION & STUDIO POLICIES

Class Registration

Advance registration is required for all classes.Reservations may be made through the Rêve Studios website, app, or other available booking platform.

Class Cancellation

Class reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.For class-pack clients, a class cancelled within the 12-hour window or missed without cancellation will be forfeited.Members may be subject to applicable late-cancellation or no-show fees for cancellations made within the 12-hour window or for failure to attend a reserved class.

Arrival & Check-In

Clients must be physically present and checked in at the start of their scheduled class.If you are not present at the scheduled class start time, Rêve Studios may release your reservation to a waitlisted client.

Waitlist

Clients may be automatically enrolled into a class from the waitlist based on their position on the waitlist until two hours before the scheduled class start time.Once enrolled from the waitlist, the reservation is subject to Rêve Studios' standard cancellation policy. Clients who can no longer attend are responsible for removing themselves from the waitlist before automatic enrollment.Within two hours of class start time, automatic enrollment stops. If a space becomes available, waitlisted clients may be notified, and the available space may be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Schedule & Instructor Changes

Class schedules, instructors, formats, and availability are subject to change without notice.Current scheduling and availability can be found through the Rêve Studios website, app, or booking platform.

CLASS PACKAGES & EXPIRATION

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:Single-class drop-ins expire one month from purchase.5-Class Packages expire two months from purchase.10-Class Packages expire three months from purchase.Introductory Packages expire two weeks from purchase.Expiration dates will not be extended except where required by law or expressly approved by Rêve Studios.Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable except where otherwise required by law.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

General Promotional Terms

Promotional offers are subject to the eligibility requirements, pricing, dates, locations, and other conditions disclosed with the applicable promotion.Unless otherwise stated:Promotional offers are available only to their intended recipients.Offers may not be transferred or assigned.Offers may be redeemed only during the stated promotional period.Offers may be limited to participating Rêve Studios locations.Offers may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.Promotional and introductory membership rates are available to new members only.An individual with an active membership at any Rêve Studios location is considered a current member.Members who terminate an existing membership are not automatically eligible for new-member, founding-member, or introductory promotional pricing upon rejoining.Rêve Studios reserves the right to determine promotional eligibility in accordance with the terms disclosed for the applicable offer.

The $99 Introductory Unlimited Membership is available to eligible new unlimitied members only and is offered as a three-Membership-Term commitment.The first four-week Membership Term is $99. The second and third Membership Terms will be billed at Rêve Studios' then-current standard Unlimited Membership rate.Following the initial three-Membership-Term period, your Unlimited Membership will automatically renew in successive four-week Membership Terms at the then-current standard Unlimited Membership rate until terminated in accordance with Rêve Studios' Membership Termination Policy.The $99 introductory rate may be redeemed only once per individual and may not be combined with another introductory or promotional membership offer.If the membership is terminated, the introductory rate is forfeited and will not be available upon rejoining.

New Studio Promotional Memberships

From time to time, Rêve Studios may offer promotional membership rates associated with the opening of a new studio.Eligibility requirements, promotional pricing, duration, and participating locations will be disclosed with the applicable offer.If a promotional membership is designated for a particular studio or market, eligibility for the promotional rate may require that the applicable studio remain the member's primary studio.If a promotional membership is terminated and the individual later rejoins Rêve Studios, the promotional rate is forfeited and the individual will be subject to then-current membership pricing.

Founding Memberships

Founding membership rates are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.If a founding membership is terminated, the founding rate is forfeited. If the individual later rejoins Rêve Studios, the membership will be subject to then-current pricing and the founding rate will not be reinstated.

ACCOUNTS & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Certain Rêve Studios services require you to create an account.You agree to provide accurate and complete account information and to keep your information, including your payment method, current.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.You may not use another person's account without authorization.Please notify Rêve Studios promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access to or use of your account.

STUDIO RULES & SAFETY

All classes must be purchased or reserved before participation.Clients recovering from an injury, illness, or other physical limitation should notify their instructor before class begins and determine whether participation is appropriate for them.For safety and liability reasons, children may not remain unattended in Rêve Studios facilities while a parent, guardian, or caregiver participates in class. Please arrange childcare before your visit.Clients are expected to follow instructor directions, equipment instructions, and studio safety policies.Rêve Studios reserves the right to refuse participation or remove an individual from a class when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of the individual, other clients, instructors, or staff.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Rêve Studios may update these Terms and Policies from time to time.Where advance notice is required by applicable law, Rêve Studios will provide such notice before a change takes effect.Changes will not limit or eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.Continued purchase or use of Rêve Studios services following the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
